Services
- Do I need a doctor's referral to start treatment?
In New Jersey you can see a physical therapist directly for the first 30 days of treatment without a physician referral, thanks to direct access laws. After that period, a referral may be required depending on your insurance plan.
- Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and auto insurance (PIP). Coverage details vary by plan, so we recommend a quick call to verify your benefits before your first visit.
- What conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, vertigo and balance disorders, and pelvic floor dysfunction. If you’re not sure whether we can help, give us a call — we’ll tell you honestly.
- How long until I start feeling better?
Recovery time depends on your condition and how consistently you follow the treatment plan. Many patients notice meaningful improvement within 4 to 6 sessions, while more complex conditions may take longer. Your therapist will set clear expectations after your initial evaluation.
- Will I always work with the same therapist?
Yes. We strongly believe in continuity of care, so you’ll work one-on-one with the same physical therapist throughout your treatment. This is not a group exercise class — every session is a dedicated appointment.
- Do you offer services in Polish?
Yes. Our staff is bilingual in English and Polish, so you can discuss your treatment, symptoms, and goals in whichever language feels most comfortable.
