Lead Physical Therapist

Agnieszka Mika is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Physical Education in Kraków, Poland (AWF Kraków), Faculty of Rehabilitation. She holds physical therapy licenses in both New Jersey and New York.

Before dedicating her career fully to physical therapy, Agnieszka also earned her Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey and spent five years working as a nurse. That experience gave her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of patient care — but movement and rehabilitation were always her true calling.

A former athlete, Agnieszka has always believed in healing through movement. Over more than two decades, she built extensive clinical experience across hospital settings, outpatient clinics, and home care, treating patients with a wide range of rehabilitation needs.

In 2015, she founded ProSynergy Physical Therapy in Cranford, New Jersey — a private practice built on personalized, one-on-one care and the highest standards of clinical excellence. In 2021, she opened a second location in Clifton to better serve patients across northern New Jersey.

Outside the clinic, Agnieszka is the mother of two grown children. She spends her free time hiking, running, and traveling — because as she says, movement is the best therapy.
